Job Details
- Ensuring that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
- Ensuring that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Creating suitable work schedules for staff members.
- Appraising staff performance and carrying out the necessary disciplinary measures to address poor performance.
- Training staff to produce high-quality bakery items while following proper food handling procedures.
- Help with initial interview hiring process
- Schedule staff
- Have knowledge of how to help customers up front
- Product management – order, organize, put away (within reason of heavy boxes) label all orders
- Keep space properly organized, dated and labeled
- help maintain schedule for cleanliness including helping keep store clean and setting up schedules for cleaning with employees and accountability
- Manage wholesale orders, put together, and box up accurately
- Manage shipping orders put together and box up to ship
- Have safe serv license
- train in employees
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
