The cake consultation is a personalized cake tasting, providing you with an opportunity to address all questions, and concerns regarding cake design, pricing, payment, delivery and all other details for your special day.
At the cake consultation, you will sample your requested flavors for a fee of $30.00. This provides you with samples to take home or try during the cake consultation. The cake tasting fee is a complimentary should you decide on our services the amount will be deducted from your final cake estimate.
Please bring your cake consultation form, filled out with preferences and payment to Mixin’ It Up Bakery to ensure your consultation time and day.
Please select up to 4 flavors and 4 filling options of your choice for your cake tasting. The flavors must be provided no later than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled cake consultation date, to ensure the freshest products at your tasting. If the flavors are not received in time, then we will need to choose flavors or reschedule your consultation to a later day and time.
We do require a 50% non refundable deposit when booking a wedding cake, this reserves our services for the date and time of your wedding cake order. The cake estimate is to be provided at your cake consultation. Along with the deposit, the wedding cake order is confirmed when the contract of agreement and final estimate are signed and agreed upon by the bridal couple.
