$13.95/hour for first year. Up to 10 hours a week.
The Details: Weekly hours can be averaged over the month. Rate for usage above monthly allotment is $15.00/hour Minimum monthly charges for this rate is $150.00 per month. Use of 1 prep table. 6 month contract required Only 1 item may be sold in Retail store. $250.00 Security deposit.
$20/hour for infrequent users of the kitchen. Payable at the Beginning of each time of use.

Retail store: 15-25% fee will be charged to have your product in the Mixin’ It Up Gluten Free Bakery. This fee will provide you with the opportunity to sell your product in our Bakery, and have a employee in the retail area while you are baking.
