Job Details
Ensuring that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
Ensuring that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Creating suitable work schedules for staff members.
Appraising staff performance and carrying out the necessary disciplinary measures to address poor performance.
Training staff to produce high-quality bakery items while following proper food handling procedures.
Help with initial interview hiring process
Schedule staff
Have knowledge of how to help customers up front
Product management – order, organize, put away (within reason of heavy boxes) label all orders
Keep space properly organized, dated and labeled
help maintain schedule for cleanliness including helping keep store clean and setting up schedules for cleaning with employees and accountability
Manage wholesale orders, put together, and box up accurately
Manage shipping orders put together and box up to ship
