Job Details

• Ensuring that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
• Ensuring that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Creating suitable work schedules for staff members.
• Appraising staff performance and carrying out the necessary disciplinary measures to address poor performance.
• Training staff to produce high-quality bakery items while following proper food handling procedures.
• Help with initial interview hiring process
• Schedule staff
• Have knowledge of how to help customers up front
• Product management – order, organize, put away (within reason of heavy boxes) label all orders
• Keep space properly organized, dated and labeled
• help maintain schedule for cleanliness including helping keep store clean and setting up schedules for cleaning with employees and accountability
• Manage wholesale orders, put together, and box up accurately
• Manage shipping orders put together and box up to ship
• Have safe serv license
• train in employees

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
